NC A&T is an abbreviation for North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, a place where Cole presumably got some “TNA”, or tits and ass. He is from North Carolina, so it makes sense.

Deceivingly clever tomfoolery here from Cole, as TNA is A ‘n’ T backwards. DNA, which Cole just referenced in the line prior, contains both adenine and thymine, often abbreviated to simply A and T, respectively. When DNA is transcribed, adenine and thymine pair only with each other. Although arguable whether this was intended by Cole, the DNA connection makes this line truly remarkable.

These acronyms are in the middle of a streak of many, beginning with “E&J” several lines prior and ending with “VMA” in the next line.
