It’s ironic the inference of ‘life’ and ‘dead’ in this line as this album was released after B.I.G’s Life after Death album so it sounds like a play on the vulturous nature of the game(not certain Jay’s verse was recorded post-Big’s death hence my suggestion of irony)..
