After that Cinderella carriage that changed to a pumpkin
Referring to the famous scene in the movie Cinderella when the Fairy Godmother turned a pumpkin and the animals around it to a huge carriage with horses and a coachman. But Vizzy says it the other way around, saying that the carriage turned into a pumpkin which is probably alluding to his bad fortune and the fact that things may have been going the opposite way he envisioned them to go. This makes sense because he talks about his despair with his relationship with women and his mother throughout the rest of the verse.
