To be civilized is to literally be a member of the five percent of mankind. These civilized young men are in direct opposition to the savage white man as well as the uncivilized asiatic man (85%) who are controlled by the rich or powerful elite (10%).

Originally it was taught that only the Asiatic Black Man could be civilized and that the white devil would never be converted. Clarence 13X would later change his feelings on this after meeting a young man by the name of John Michael Kennedy at Matteawan Insane Asylum who was made from the “grafted seed” meaning he was not 100% of African Decent.
