Now that Lupe is the eyes here, he uses some more metaphors to connect his bravery to bodily functions of the eye.
Lupe will never run away from anything, even if the eye he is now starts crying, which would cause the tears to run down the face. And he can’t fall off, even if the tears are literally falling off after someone cries.
