Whatever it is, know it's my next grave
Tired of running, tired of running
Tired of tumbling, tired of running
Tired of tumbling
Back once my momma say
"See a pastor, give me a promise

from Kendrick Lamar – Sing About Me, I'm Dying of Thirst Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

Kendrick say that whatever his next craze, it will be part of his grave that is slowing killing him. He’s tired of running from his evils and when he say’s he tired of tumbling he means falling deeper as a sinner. And his momma once told him to visit a pastor most likely to enlighten him and cleanse him of his sins.

It’s also saying that in this body he was born into, money, pussy, and weed are his craze and obsession. Even when he’s not actively engaged with those things he has a deep spiritual connection with those beings and it manifests in all of his actions. Those things are what keeps him in the realm of birth/death and rebirth that, say Buddhists talk about. “Whatever it is, know it’s my next grave” is not saying that he is guaranteed to have those things themselves as the objects of his fascination but that fascination and obsession will always be around as qualities within consciousness even if it takes different forms within different people.
