A reference to the proverb “Spare the rod, spoil the child” although given how protective Eminem is of his daughter Hailey, he’s probably not advocating child abuse

It’s more likely he means that he’s not going to hold back in the ass-whipping he’s about to give out to other rappers (his “lyrical children”, if you will)
