I think love is beautiful, too
This is another paradoxical/conclusion from the previous four lines. Notice how he does this a lot of time, notice his ironic tone.
This is basically criticizing all the hate in his city. In the end of the day he still believes in a deep feeling of love within all the violence that goes through.
Also notice that he said that “(…)I seen it happen, I seen it always”, so this reinforces the line as well. He has seen it live though, while most of us only get to see it through the screen, and can never really get to feel hit by the sad reality.
