Pharrell's a pharaoh,

from Jay Z (Ft. Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Nas & Swizz Beatz) – BBC Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

The title of this song, “BBC,” refers to Billionaire’s Boy Club, the clothing line started by Pharrell Williams. Hova himself recently bought a big share in the company.

Oddly enough, Pharaoh is the first name of Pharrell’s father.

Pharrell compares himself to a Pharaoh in Raspy Shit.

I know I got jewels like I’m the pharoah of the ghetto

This line could possibly tie in with the line, “Top of the world like pyramids in Giza.” Pharaoh’s were buried inside of pyramids, since they were notable figures during the early ages.

Note the alliteration on he sound “F”: Pharrel — Pharaoh — Feature.
