This whole line is a double entendre off the last one:

• On one level, this more literally refers to women who feel they need to “praise” him after sex
• On the other, “dick ‘em” is another way to say “fuck 'em,” probably referring back to the “crazy world” of the lines before. the line after this says that their “ideology is confusion,” explaining their craziness and he’ll “lose them,” or not acknowledge what they have to say.
• Finally, extending on this Nas is level-headed, and through his flow he’ll convince the world to “praise him”
