Since rich kids often have “too much” of everything, he pokes fun at the fact that they often can’t even understand what they consume/indulge in. Basically, they find a way to have “too much” of a really good thing.

Also, if he is getting drunk he may not be able to pronounce it because his cognitive skills are off. Classic double entendre!

Frank could also mean that because they are rich they only drink the most expensive wines, many of which have fancy, hard to pronounce names.

His upbringing and his career successes have brought him a bunch of material things. He lives in a house in the suburbs, has endless amounts of THINGS (i.e. drugs, clothes, cars, etc). But even with all of this STUFF that consumes his life, he feels very empty and alone. He gets high all day, his parents are never around, his friends are fake, and he feels alone.
