Too many bottles of this wine we can’t pronounce
Since wealthy children often have too much of everything, the narrator pokes fun at the fact that they often can’t even understand what they consume/indulge in. Basically, they find a way to have too much of a really good thing.
Also, if he is getting drunk he may not be able to pronounce it because his cognitive skills are off. This line could also mean that because they are rich they only drink the most expensive wines, many of which have fancy, hard to pronounce names.
